1. About Guardacard

Guardacard is a business that sells RFID and NFC-blocking cards designed to remove the risk of unauthorised RFID and/or NFC scanning by blocking 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz frequency bands.

2. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You will use this website for lawful purposes only
  • You will not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Minor variations may occur
  • We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free

Guardacard RFID-blocking cards are activated by the RFID and NFC signals they receive, the response is proportional to the signal received. In regards to data they are passive products and do not collect, store, or personal or financial transmit data.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Guardacard is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

7. RFID Performance Disclaimer

Guardacard products are designed to reduce the risk of unauthorised RFID scanning. However:

  • No RFID-blocking product can guarantee 100% protection in all environments
  • Performance may vary depending on card placement, reader strength, and external conditions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guardacard excludes liability for losses resulting from unauthorised scanning or electronic theft.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is the intellectual property of Guardacard or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Comments, Reviews & User Content

Users may submit comments, reviews, or ratings where enabled.

By submitting content, you:

  • Grant Guardacard a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display the content
  • Confirm the content is accurate and lawful
