This Shipping Policy outlines how Guardacard processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order with Guardacard, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details where available.


2. Shipping Locations

Guardacard ships both within Australia and internationally, subject to carrier availability and destination regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions at our discretion.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Australian Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (estimated)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (estimated, where available)
  • All our prices include standard post delivery

International Orders

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (estimated)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services
  • Overseas standard post is $4 per pack (up to 4 Guardacards)

Guardacard is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be imposed by the destination country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Guardacard has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

Shipping fees and product costs are non-refundable in the event of customs delays or refusals.


6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates may be delayed or limited depending on the carrier and destination.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We may request:

  • Photos of damaged packaging or items
  • Confirmation of delivery details

Guardacard will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution, which can include a replacement where applicable.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will be notified where possible.
